Ingredients For Cinnamon Roll Blondies
Melted Butter
Brown Sugar & Granulated Sugar: This recipe uses both brown sugar and granulated sugar in the blondies and just brown sugar for the cinnamon sugar.
Powdered Sugar: The powdered sugar is used to make the icing, to add on top of the cooled blondies.
Milk: Milk is used in the icing.
Cinnamon: Using cinnamon will bring all those fall flavors of a cinnamon roll.

Whisk wet Ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Use melted butter.
Mix dry Ingredients together.
Baking: Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. The center will still be a little doughy, but they will continue to bake as they cool in the hot pan.

The best way to store these cinnamon roll blondies, and keep them from getting dry, is to cover tightly and store at room temperature in an airtight container for 5 days or in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Ingredients
1 cup butter, melted and cooled
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Cinnamon Sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp cinnamon
Icing
3 tbsp cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 to 2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (177C) and line an line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper on all sides and set aside. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until glossy (about 2 minutes). Add the eggs, egg yolk and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined.
Step 3
Mix the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt together. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined. Do not over mix.
Step 4
Transfer the batter in to your prepared pan. To make the cinnamon and sugar, combine the brown sugar, and cinnamon together. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the batter. Use a butterknife to swirl it around and create big swirls.
Step 5
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the center has puffed up and the edges has set.
Step 6
To make the icing, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract and salt together, whisk until a smooth and glossy consistency.
Step 7
Once the blondies are cooled, drizzle the cream cheese icing on top. Cut into 16 squares. Enjoy!
