Ingredients
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup Greek yogurt
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F and line a muffin tin with 6 cupcake or muffin liners.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oil, milk, eggs, vanilla and Greek yogurt. Whisk until combined.
Step 3
Add the granulated sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until just combined. Do not over mix. Last, add the chocolate chips and mix a few times to evenly distribute them.
Step 4
Use a large ice cream scoop to divide the batter evenly between the 6 muffins tins. Bake at 425° for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, while the muffins are still in the oven, reduce the temperature to 350° and bake for 15–16 minutes.
