Double Chocolate S’mores Cookies by Nour

Ingredients
3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup crushed graham crackers (about 7 graham crackers)
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2
Beat butter until its fluffy or turns an off-white color (about 3 minutes).
Step 3
Add in the brown sugar and granulated sugar and mix until fluffy (about 2 minutes).
Step 4
Add the egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract and mix well.
Step 5
Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Step 6
Add the chocolate chips, marshmallows and crushed graham crackers to the dough. Mix until combined.
Step 7
Use a 1,5 ounce cookie scoop. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
