This small batch double chocolate cookie recipe makes 1 big cookie or 2 cookies. Either way they a so soft, fudgy and absolutely delicious.

You’ll need these 9 ingredients to make this fudgy single serve double chocolate cookie. You’ll need the usual ingredients for cookies witch you probably already have. The only difference is that the amount is a lot more smaller.
Butter
Brown Sugar
Egg
Vanilla Extract
Cocoa Powder
All Purpose Flour
Baking soda
Salt
Chocolate Chips
Serving size
1 big cookie
Ingredients
2 tbsp butter, room temperature
2 tbsp brown sugar
Half an egg
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp All-purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp chocolate chip
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (177C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, with a whisk, beat butter, and brown sugar together until fluffy and mixture turns an off-white color (about 1 minutes).
Step 3
In a small bowl, crack the egg and beat with a fork until combined. Take half the egg mixture and add to the butter and sugar mixture along with the vanilla extract. Mix until a smooth consistency (you can use the other half of the egg for another single serve recipe).
Step 4
Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Step 5
Use a 1,5 ounce cookie scoop and gently press the cookie down (this recipe creates 2 cookies or 1 big cookie). Bake for 11 to 12 minutes, or until the cookie has spread and the center is still gooey. Let cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
