  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tbsp molasses

  • 1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour

  • 3/4 tsp baking soda

  • 3/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

Step 1

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2

  • With a whisk, beat butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar together until fluffy and mixture turns an off-white color (about 2 minutes). Add the egg and egg yolk and mix. And peanut butter, vanilla extract and molasses and mix until a smooth consistency.

Step 3

  • Add the flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix until a soft dough forms. Then add the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips and slightly mix.

Step 4

  • Use a 1,5 ounce cookie scoop and gently press down the top of each cookie. Bake for 10 to 11 minutes, or until the center has slightly puffed up. Enjoy!
