Ingredients

• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

• 3/4 cup brown sugar

• 1/4 cup granulated sugar

• 1 egg

• 2 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 tbsp blue food colouring

• 2 cups All-purpose flour

• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 1/2 cup chocolate chips

• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

Step 1

• Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2

• Beat butter until it’s fluffy or turns an off-white colour (about 3 minutes).

Step 3

• Add in brown sugar and granulated sugar and mix until fluffy (about 2 minutes).

Step 4

• Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well. Add the blue food colouring and mix.

Step 5

• Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Step 6

• Add the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Mix until combined.

Step 7

• Use a 1,5 ounce cookie scoop. Bake for 13 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
